PARENT PORTAL
The Parent Portal….a Practical Picture of Your Child’s Progress
If you haven’t discovered the Parent Portal yet, please consider visiting the VCMS to sign up for this beneficial resource! The Parent Portal allows parents/guardians to view information about their children’s academic progress 24 hours per day, anywhere there is internet access. This valuable tool promotes educational excellence and enhances communication with parents.
With increased access to grades comes increased concern over student progress. While teachers update the portal as frequently as possible, it cannot necessarily reflect day to day progress. Please consider the portal as an overall view of your child’s progress throughout the marking period and recognize that although updates occur regularly, they may not occur daily. Thank you for your continued support at home!
