CHESS CLUB: The Grand Island Chess Club will meet right after school today in the Middle School Library until the late bus. If you cannot attend today's meeting, come any Tuesday after school and join in the fun!

This month's Western New York Scholastic Chess Tournament will take place next Saturday, ​December 20th in Lackawanna. If you are interested in participating, we ​w​ill help you sign up during chess club or you may use the​ link​ in our google classroom. The cost is $10.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB: Our second Environmental Club meeting is today after school in Room 118. Come help us keep the momentum growing as we work to make our school greener! 

ATTENTION JV DECA MEMBERS! There will be a meeting after school tomorrow in Mrs. Winstanley's room from 2:30-3:15. Please make every effort to be there as we are starting our Finance Lessons & making Christmas ornaments! 

ATTENTION 6th, 7th, or 8th GRADE STUDENTS INTERESTED IN JOINING MATHLETES.
Do you love math, solving problems, and a good challenge? Then MATHLETES is for you!
The first competition will be held after school Thursday, December 18th from 2:30-3:30pm. You may not need the whole time. You may make arrangements to be picked up early, or sit in the cafeteria until the 4:00pm bus. Please join our Google Classroom for more information and updates. If you have any questions see Mr. A. in room 102 or Mr. B. in room 134.

SPIRIT DAY: Tomorrow's spirit day will be Merry and Bright!  Wear your favorite white or a sparkly shiny outfit!
